Caroline Sanchez has worked as a freelance audio engineer in the television broadcast and live events space since 2012. Recent and ongoing work include the MTV Video Music Awards, The GRAMMY Awards, The Metropolitan Opera, iHeart Radio Music Festival, and NBA's All Star Weekend, among other series and specials. In 2022 and 2023 she was nominated for a Primetime Emmy Award for her work as a FOH mixer on Saturday Night Live.
Caroline has presented and mentored for programs sponsored by SoundGirls.org, Women’s Audio Mission, Sigma Alpha Iota International Music Fraternity, and Sound Thinking NYC. She is a classically trained flute and piccolo player and holds a Bachelor of Music in Sound Engineering Arts from William Paterson University. She is based in New York, but works anywhere.
