Caroline Sanchez has been a freelance audio engineer in the broadcast and live events space since 2012. Recent and ongoing work include the MTV Video Music Awards, The Metropolitan Opera, iHeart Radio Music Festival, The CMA Awards, and NBA's All Star Weekend, among other series and special events. She has been nominated for a Primetime Emmy Award for her work as a FOH mixer on Saturday Night Live in 2022, 2023, and 2024.
Caroline has presented and mentored for programs sponsored by SoundGirls.org, Women’s Audio Mission, Sigma Alpha Iota International Music Fraternity, and Sound Thinking NYC. She is a classically trained flute and piccolo player and holds a Bachelor of Music in Sound Engineering Arts from William Paterson University. She is based in New York, but works anywhere.
