Biography
For nearly a decade, Caroline Sanchez has worked as a freelance audio technician and technology consultant for a wide range of clients and productions. Recent and ongoing work include Saturday Night Live, the National Basketball Association,The GRAMMY Awards, Good Morning America, and the MTV Video Music Awards, among others. Caroline has been invited to speak at events sponsored by SoundGirls.org and Women's Audio Mission and has been a guest on TA2's Sisters of Sound podcast.
Caroline holds a Bachelor of Music in Sound Engineering Arts from William Paterson University, where she graduated with honors in Performing and Literary Arts and a minor in Creative Writing. During this time, she completed internships at (Le) Poisson Rouge, the Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival, and MSR Studios. As a performer (classical flute/piccolo), Caroline has appeared with the New Jersey Intercollegiate Wind Ensemble, Ridgewood Symphony Orchestra, and The Harlow Trio. Her poetry has appeared in Chronogram, right hand pointing, Brokelyn, and the Ignatian Literary Magazine.
